General:

• Font for entire signature is Calibri
• All text is 11pt font
• Lines 1-6 are Morton Navy
  • R-0 G-43  B-66
  • Hex#: 012638
• Lines 8-10 are Morton Red-Orange
  • R-240 G-76  B-36
  • Hex#: #F04C24
• The RGB color codes can be entered if you select “More Colors” from the Text Color drop down. From here, select “Custom” and enter the RGB codes, and click “OK”. In the “Detailed” section below, everything is the color is should appear on your signature.
• To create a hyperlink for text in a signature, select “Signatures…” from the “Signature” dropdown under “Include” on a new email. From here, select the text and click the “Link” icon – the farthest icon to the right on the tool bar. From here, copy and paste your desired URL in the “address” bar.

You will be assigned to a work phone with a unique number.  This is your direct line; please use this number for all your business calling or texting needs.  

 

We use Slack as an internal communication tool – basically a company wide instant messenger. Please be active on Slack throughout the day, as important memos may be sent via the #general channel. 

Your account should be fully set up. Please refer to your email for login credentials.  We recommend you download the Slack app for your desktop/phone.

Morton uses an app linked to your smart phone in order to access the building.  Please click into the email from BrivoPass to launch your account and download the app.  The invitation is often filtered out as spam – please be sure to check that folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.
